Our Process

Everything from the wood selection process to how the tsuka is shaped was defined by Sekiguchi Komei Sensei, 21st Soke of Yamauchi-Ha Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu Iaijutsu. Once our bokken met his specifications he gave his approval for production. Below are some images of Sekiguchi Sensei and I using / displaying Bukikan bokkens.
